Professional Pastry Training

Yakut training in universities in Gastronomy and Culinary Academy Yiyacek drinks and Pastry degree in at least 15 years in the field of production, also the food and beverage sector are given by trainers with experience. During the trainings, personal care, occupational health and safety, along with basics such as HACCP, featured local and world cuisine, desserts, cakes, makaron, pies, cupcake, chocolate, sugar dough, decorative arts, presentation, service, with the introduction of the equipment used in professional kitchens are theoretical and practical vocational training. Training in our region, are enhanced with the participation of experienced master pastry chef.


Training time: 4 months education + 4 months training

Kitchen equipment, food safety, cost calculation, salty cookies, sweet cookies, donuts, cakes, Turkish desserts, syrup sweets, Classic cakes, fried dough, macoron, Cupcakes, muffin, bread and bread varieties, sugar dough, cake decoration, creams and sauces, decor biscuit, milky desserts.
